Participation

Participation in the competition is open to any adult person with legal capacity, except for members of the Management Committee and the Secretariat of Région de Nyon, as well as the partners involved in the campaign. Entry is made by completing the form and implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Région de Nyon is entitled to exclude participants from the competition if there are justified reasons, such as failure to comply with the participation conditions, attempted bribery related to the competition, manipulation, etc.

Random drawing and contact

In order to take part in the draw, the participant must complete the required contact fields by 30 September. The draw will take place between 5 and 8 October. The winners will be notified by email. The data provided by participants will not be transmitted to third parties or assigned to them for use.

Prices

The prizes below are provided by Région de Nyon:

> 10 monthly passes, entitling you to unlimited unlocking for 30 days, as well as 400
included minutes
> 30 day passes, entitling you to unlimited unlocking for 24 hours, as well as 30
included minutes

Each prize is awarded exclusively to the winners selected by random drawing and is provided in the form of a non-cash prize. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or its equivalent value. The prize will be sent by post.

Legal Notice

The results of the competition are not subject to challenge. Legal recourse is excluded. The transfer, payment, or exchange of the prizes may not be contested in court. Only Swiss law applies. The participant has no contractual or other legal obligations towards Région de Nyon or its partners.
