Participation

Participation in the contest is open to any adult of sound mind, with the exception of members of the Executive Committee and the secretariat of the Nyon Region, as well as the campaign’s partners. Entries must be submitted using the form on the dedicated page and imply acceptance of these terms and conditions. Région de Nyon reserves the right to exclude participants from the contest if there are valid grounds for doing so, such as failure to comply with the terms and conditions, bribery related to the contest, manipulation, etc.

Random drawing and contact

To be eligible for the drawing, participants must fill out the required contact fields by May 10, 2026. The drawing will take place between May 11 and May 13. Winners will be notified via email. The information provided by participants will not be shared with or sold to third parties for their use.

Prices

The prizes listed below are provided by the Nyon Region as part of the launch, in partnership with Voi:

> 5 monthly passes, providing unlimited unlocking for 30 days, plus 400 included minutes
> 30 daily passes, providing unlimited unlocking for 24 hours, plus 30 included minutes

For subscribers to the “Focus” newsletter: 5 additional monthly passes are up for grabs (please include the code in the entry form).

Each prize is awarded exclusively to the winners selected by random drawing and is provided in the form of a non-cash prize. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or its equivalent value. The prize will be sent via email in the form of a one-time promotional code.

Legal Notice

The results of the contest are final. No legal recourse is permitted. The awarding, payment, or exchange of prizes cannot be the subject of legal action. Only Swiss law applies. The participant has no contractual or other legal obligations toward the Nyon Region or its partners.
